INVOICE CLERK

The responsibility of the Invoice clerk is to verify all quantities on the proof of delivery, enter received quantities in computer system, Invoice in house as well as EDI, and complete proper paperwork on deductions.

· Follow the Proof of Delivery Handout for Procedures of expectations

· Enter Received Quantities into Computer System

· Contact Stores for Clarification on Quantities received if unclear

· Contact store for tracking numbers such as Key Rec number from the HD.

· Invoice all deliveries

· EDI Invoicing to Home Depot and Wal-mart

· Research Chargeback’s from Vendors

· Prepare Vendor Dispute forms and copy all back up documentation

· Contact Drivers verifying paperwork has been mailed

· Filing as needed

· Assist Administration as needed
